We are a small and happy team but we are very busy and we need more help! If you join us you will need to enjoy and embrace the challenges of working in a small business where work fluctuates, everyone helps each other as necessary, and is not afraid to muck in, even if it is with something that does not form part of your job description. It is actually much more fun and rewarding than working in a big business, but it’s not for everyone and we only want people who share our ethos – we care about our work and about helping each other.
1. Experienced Property Lawyer (Licensed Conveyancer, FCILEx or Solicitor) – Flexible, part-time
You will need to be very experienced – with at least 10 years’ experience of dealing with residential property work, forward thinking and interested in developing the business.

2. Client Support Administrator – Full-time
You will need to have at least 5 years relevant experience of working within the legal profession (or another similar profession) and dealing with clients and the administration of their files. You will be dealing with prospective clients so you will need to have a positive and professional demeanour to help us convert business. You will also deal with our client intake procedure so you will be in the front line from the outset. You will then support the client and our small team of legal advisers with all aspects of client administration, compliance and organisation as client matters proceed through to completion.
This is a support role so you must actively enjoy helping others – both the clients and our team of legal advisers. In return we will offer you an attractive salary commensurate with your experience and a results based discretionary bonus. You will use the most up-to-date legal software and so you must also be comfortable to work in a technology-based environment. The role will not involve any audio typing.
