Employment Contracts

We draft and review employment contracts for all types of employee including Directors.

Contracts must cover basic legislative requirements to avoid an employer’s exposure to needless expense if an employee goes to an industrial tribunal.

We will draft contracts so they comply with statutory requirements and, if needed, to cover extra arrangements including bonuses and post employment non competition restrictions.

Clients starting out in business will often require basic employment contracts together with a Shareholders Agreement to reflect their position as an employee and a shareholder. We draft and advise on both.

We also assist employees with reviewing contracts they are asked to sign and, if appropriate, will suggest ways to improve the contract before it is signed.

  • Cannot believe that the Government has decided that Will writing does not have to be regulated. It's bad news for the vulnerable public.
